i would like to introduce you to a very special friend of mine. this is chili mac 'n cheese. hello mr chili mac. id ask how you are but i am already very aware that youre awesome. and i see youve brought turkey blt today!

admittedly not the best pic, but i was in a hurry. sausage & mushroom flatbread pizza nestled next to a roast turkey cob sandwich on french bread, with a dash of awesome. go easy on the awesome; awesome can be filling.

that healthy caesar salad you saw posted this morning was in actuality, my meal on friday last. today's lunch was a chicken patty puck lasagna over a little pasta. this of course is not enough to keep the plate from looking naked, so in the interest of modesty, i added a turkey bacon ranch sub. can i get an amen.

in order to throw everyone off, i opted for a caesar salad and asian noodle soup. not as fun and cheesy, but maybe i will live another day.

a french dip au jus without cheese is wrong. so i put cheese on it. and the fries. i mean, i was standing at the cheese dispenser (NB cheese should never be able to be "dispensed"). oh hai! mr margherita pizza! i see you there!

taking advantage of the "hot dog bar" i have a corn dog and a chili cheese dog with onions. add some Israeli couscous and cheesy curly fries for good measure.
